If you want to see new posts here then your best bet would be to use RSS. The link below can be added to any RSS reader, and will notifiy you of any new posts:

Email clients like Thunderbird or Outlook can subscribe to RSS feeds. Apps like Feeder are great for mobile, and services like Feedly can sync content across multiple devices. A service like Blogtrottr can also deliver feeds to your email.

Alternatively, you can follow an RSS feed with just about anything anywhere.

I’ll see an @/reply/DM eventually no matter where you send it, and I’ll usually post my blog posts and such to all three.
